Deliver an Intuitive Client Hand-off: Build the site in a modular way so the final client (Letamo’s estate management) could easily update news, community notices, and estate amenities without breaking the complex layouts.
To truly communicate the “living on a game farm” experience, the design required heavy use of high-resolution imagery and video. To prevent slow loading times, we implemented strict frontend optimization:
Optimized Video Headers: Managed the compression and streaming of the immersive homepage hero video background so it plays seamlessly across desktop devices without delaying initial page paint.
Smart Asset Delivery: Setup automated lazy-loading and WebP generation for the massive gallery of wildlife, lifestyle, and estate features.
To ensure long-term stability for the estate, we structured the back end using Divi’s global layouts and saved components.
Global Styling Sync: Footers, navigation states, and contact sections were locked globally.
Post Types: Simplified the editing experience so non-technical users can add estate updates, gallery photos, or list community guidelines using simple, structured input fields rather than editing the raw layout canvas.
